ENDING NOTES: Don’t know how I’ve gained all this weight back in less than 2 weeks. This isn’t good. This week has also been really hectic, so training’s been kinda put off since Wednesday. I’m starting week 4 of my cardio program over again so I can actually get in the work I need to. Back to the gym later for light bench and shoulders.

Didn’t go back to the gym tonight. Homework had top priority this time around. It was just kind of a messed up weekend with minimal sleep, so I wasn’t feeling 100% anyways. I also have finals and starting work soon, so there’s other things that need to be taken care of. I’ll feel 10x better once this semester is over; the last couple of weeks have been a complete bitch, so I just need a break. 12 days and counting until the semester is over.

ENDING NOTES: Not a bad workout. Squats were kind of disappointing, but I came back and smoked my pulls, which made me happy. Actually going to stick to my plan and hit cardio tomorrow morning.

Eh, not really compared to what I’ve done before. These felt really slow for some reason. I’ve done 260 for a triple before and 280 for a single, so this is “light,” but thanks anyways.

Well I guess I need to work on those some more lol. Cuz I was doing 275 for my 8’s sets, and after that 225 paused close grips didn’t feel light to me man! I go index finger on the smooth; what grip do you use for close grips? Maybe it’s dumb for me to do them that close.

Yeah, you’re going way too close. Personally, I don’t think there’s any point going that close. I go about a finger and a half outside of the smooth.
