I usually do more pull downs then rows so i guess it should be the opposite. I used to do HS high row, CG pulldown, and straight arm pulldown. Now i guess ill do BB row, pulldown, HS high row.

I’ve always loved doing Wide Grip Pullups for lat width, getting a big stretch at the bottom and squeezing your elbows together as much as you can at the top. They are hard as shit, and you can’t really go all too high (atleast I can’t, anyways), so you really gotta pay attention to what your muscles are doing. And like CS said, row like a great white shark is after you
