I get it now. This is one of those “I have a friend who is having trouble getting it up.” type things right? There is no friend, am I right?
Swing and a miss…Do I look like I’m under 150 pounds in my pics?
Good fun, though…I look forward to more nonsensical interactions in the future.
Well, um, maybe they’re not your pics! Take a look at mine! Do you honestly think I’m that good looking and built like a condom crammed with walnuts?!?!
Touche…I suppose I could have used pics of someone else.
BUT, if I were going to, I certainly would have chosen somebody a hell of a lot better-looking and well-built than the guy in my pics.
EDIT: Oh, and no comment on your appearance, condoms, or walnuts. But I will say you do look like you’re preparing to consume those small Asian children, in that one photograph.

Look, some guys just say that they train really hard, eat right, but that may be just going through a rep/set scheme while eating what their mother cooks. If you are a well read person about this, or know and are on your way to big gains, just teach him how YOU train, eat and everything, in a way that a) he changes his habits, or b) he just realizes this is not for him, because he doesn’t have the values and the balls to go through what is needed to get really big.
Edit: if someone doesn’t have a severe hormone defficiency or a really bad injury, he should be 100% able to break 120-130 or those milestones man, that’s a fact.
This is essentially what I’ve been doing. He does exactly the same workout I do, every day.
Some of our goals are different, however, so our diets are definitely not the same.
So far, he seems to be going with option A) changing his habits. I’m very impressed with the determination he’s been showing thus far.
that’s nice, try to make as sure as you can that he’s not lagging in other areas.

Ahhh…For a second there, I thought this thread actually had a shot at being a logical, sensible, mature, helpful tool.
What a fool I am.
To those who posted helpful responses, I thank you.
To the rest of you…Ehh you’re predictable. Funny, but predictable.
That’s what’s great about these threads. You get the information with some entertainment. Just let it run it’s natural course. It’s like giving your dog a medicine. You have to wrap the medicine in bacon or a dog treat so he’ll eat it.

True enough…I think I’ve gotten some good info out of this, and had some fun along the way.
