Training Two Days in Gym

I am only able to make it 2 the gym twice a week do you guys have any suggestions for training only twice in the gym. Mind you I will be doing events every week (atlas stones, tire flip, hussifle stone, and just some odd object lifting and running. Any suggestions would be appreciatted.

Will you do 2 days in the gym and do events on other days? Or do “2 days in the gym” include event days?

Easy: 2 gym trainings (whole body) + one or two events trainings (each time diferent events)

2 gyms sessions + 1 events day per week is perfect

Basically what I was thinking:

Tuesday:Sqauts/Deadlift and 2-3 assistance
Thursday:Overhead Press and 2-3 assistance
Friday:Event:Tire Flip, Stones, Drag ETC…

I am just finishing up a 5/3/1 workout having only 2 gym days and 1 event day.
Monday - deadlift / overhead press + 3 assistance exercises.
Wednesday - squat / bench press + 3 assistance exercises.
Sat - event day (tires, keg load, farmers walk, etc…)

I did this so I could fit a 4 week “cycle” in before my first Strongman Comp next week. After that I’m switching to 3 gym days and 1 event day per week, only doing 1 of the big lifts per day so I can stretch out this next “cycle” before my next Strongman comp mid March.
