Hey everyone.Lookin for a little guidance here.Ive recently begun to train again after a 2 yr, layoff wich i had to take for personall reasons. prior to that I was training regularly for about 4 yrs.
During that time I was doing a volume approach training one bodypart a day 5x a week,and i dod make some impressive gains.Looking back now i was obviously training to much,and not as intense or effeciantly as possible.
Any thoughts on a good HIT program to start with?Ive been training lightly again for about a month, more or less to re-learn proper form and technique and to prime my system again, but ow im ready to really hit it and start growing again. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. thanks.
