Training Tall, Training Long Term

I am 54 years with genes to surpass 94. I will not squat because the long term negatives of heavy loads on my spine do not surpass the positives. LOW days i leg press etc… do abs. UPPER DAYS i focus on componds press, pull.

Is anyone sharing my concern
I welcome comments, suggestions for a balanced exercices program.
Presently i pull elbows up and shoulder press wich is more then compensated by heavier Lat puley PullDown ( stretch my spine ).

I’m not sure about the negatives outweighing the positives of squatting, but time will tell I suppose. Anyway, good luck with your training.
