I’ve been lifting on and off for many years. When I was in high school/college I mostly did power lifting because I was a thrower in track. Now my goal is to build mass. Maybe compete later on if I look good enough.
So for a while I was training one body part per day because I like being able to do many different exercises per body part. However, I felt that I wasn’t getting enough muscle stimulation and growth doing this.
I started training each body part twice per week, but I am getting so exhausted in the middle of the workouts where I half-ass the rest of the exercises just to get through it.
Can anyone recommend a good training split for me?

I always do
1:Delts/arms
2.Thighs/calves
3.Chest/pump delts/pump tris
4.back
I take rest days as needed or when life throws me a curve ball. and just run on repeat.
