Well I’ve really being trying to get to 155 before my 30th birthday but I don’t think that’s going to happen cause that’s in august. I can add sets and reps but actually adding weight to my bench takes foorrrreeever!!
Don’t know if you guys would see it in my log but hit a good pr on deadlift with 620x2 with a deadlift bar. Best before was 600x2 on a regular bar.
New 5 rep pr on Bench @ 325 Pounds and 210 pounds bodyweight. Butt movement is getting better every workout with my new setup.
This would be a great time to show my new 680 squat
PR but I pulled it high by about an inch…not sure if i will deadlift 700 or squat 700 first but it is going to be a race right to the finish!

740 for 2 Squat and 2 triples with 700 last set is definitely nest set. The 740 first rep was high but still I’m counting it as a PR. BW 219.
So happy with today I managed to deadlift 250lbs x 4! I think the most I’ve ever gotten was a double and I was thrilled about that ![]()

yeah I know.,he wanted to go higher I talked him into going lighter . In retrospect i messed up …

Finally cautiously working my way back up on heavy deads again: and easy set of 230kg x 5, with 2 in the tank
505 for 19 in wraps. Missed my life time goal of 500 for 20 by 1 damn rep. My quads just absolutely stopped working. Honestly muscle failure.
