Training on HRX

I Just started my first bottle of HRX and after i did my training has gone down hill. My cardio is horrible, my heart rate sky rockets real quick. Is this just my body getting used to the pills? or should i expect this the whole time im on them? Thanks for any input.

HRX hits me like its speed or something it also makes cardio hard for me, also seems to cause a drop in blood pressure. Not sure ill buy it again. However you might want to reduce dosage.

I’ve used HRX during training for several cycles, never noticed any adverse effects. If anything it was easier for me to get through technique work (which I’ll use to supplement my my cardio I HATE cardio) and lifting.

I don’t use more than one cap a day, though.

As long as I don’t work out on an empty stomach, I’m fine. I have had problems while on HRX and working out on an empty stomach.

An apple or a small portion of pasta or rice usually works for me.

I don’t mean this to sound like a slight in anyways, I just ask out of curiosity, but what made you decide to take HRX if you are training? As long as your diet is in check and you are training hard, the fat is going to come off. You could use the money for protein powder/new gloves/whatever.

Might need to drop a couple pounds.

Happens.

you will get used to it easy. If the sensitivity maintains then cycle it out with some basic taurine and CLA tabs. ramp your HRX from one tab to 4 over the course of 4 days (+1 per day) and then take 1g each of taurine and CLA twice daily for 2 days or three, repeat. This way you won’t be maxed out on HRX all the time and you can time your max HRX day for your rest/non-energy systems day.

I did it with a fat client that was sensitive and their sensitivity eventually quit. One of those people who insisted on some kind of pill to help. I figure if you must use one to soothe your insecurity then use a good one.

I tried it but my hrt rate, body heat, and sweat all increaded 10 fold. I stopped using it.

I would try creatine and Beta-7 or even just creatine alone. It is relatively cheap.
