Training/Nutrition for Fat Loss

Hi Coach
I’ve just finished 6 weeks of High-Performance Mass, with amazing results,in muscle and strength.

I have followed many of your programs in these last 6 years and I bought “Get jacked” which 4-5 years ago gave to me great satisfaction.

I know your protocol about peri workout nutrition changed a lot over the years, but also here in Italy Biotest products are not available, then I arrange my peri-workout nutrition protocol with hydrolyzed whey isolate and leucine.
Also my gym has only conventional tools: barbells,Dbs and we’re already lucky to have a power rack and a trap bar !

Now my questions:

  1. wanting to follow a program for fat loss, maintaining if not increasing strength and muscles, could “Get jacked” still fit, be a good idea?
    or with your continuous innovation and experimentation could you please direct me to an article or a post with more effective program?

  2. If I had to use “Get jacked” what changes I can make to the protocol of the peri workout nutrition in terms of macro nutrients ? or to training?
