In the past, I’ve seen you recommend trying 2.5 lb. and 5 lb. jumps in the training max for the upper and lower body lifts, respectively, for women. This has been working very well for a lady I’m coaching. (Currently doing a BBB variation.)
Do you have the same recommendation for women doing Beyond 1.1-1.4? (The instructions specify 5 and 10 lb. jumps, so I don’t want to assume anything.)
