Training Goals for 2004

To nail as many women as possible. Oops, that was my goal during college…I have to strike that from the list.

Focus more on the way I eat. Really get into the habit of grazing and not eat a bucket load of food in one sitting.

Drop 20 pounds and come in at a LEAN 170-175.

To be more consistent in my training. It seemed like last year, I let too many outside distractions interfere with my training, which stunted my progress in the gym.

Well, I already made my New Years Resolution come true (partly), is to stay away from the hospital! So far I have made it through the new year w/o having cancer reocurring. . Now its time to hit the gym and get big again.

Your must be very fast, your powersnatch seems relatively pretty high compared to some of your other lifts

I have definitely learned great hip explosion through Kettlebell trainig.

Shit hey, thats great…

I could deadlift 415 for three reps easily but struggle 1RM Power snatch with about 175

Are you naturally powerful?

Well, I am at 195 right now but I am doing JB’s “The Creation Continues” and I see hitting 225 down the road.
