Would you say it’s best to hit muscle groups with more frequency or volume when cutting? I’m going to try a cutting week layout of 3 weights days with 2 cardio days in between, but I’m unsure as to whether to go with 1 a week style (a) or more frequency per bodypart (b), i.e.
(a) Chest/shoulders/triceps - (Cardio) - Legs - (Cardio) - Back/biceps…
or
(b) Upper - (Cardio) - Lower - (Cardio) - Upper…
