Just wondering if the guys at T-mag still intend to produce a program specially tailored to the morbidly obese, and if so when it will likely be coming out.
It?s a program that strikes me, though nowhere near morbidly obese, as a fascinating read, and I?ve been looking forward to it ever since it was suggested. There are also a few people who I?d like to give it to
Thanks in advance.
Iām thinking that morbidly obese people can benefit from doing a simple body-for-life program. Even better, I think would be Allesiās book Lose Fat Forever. After Don sent me a free copy, I sat down and read it, and all I have to say is that the author outlines everything the person should eat and train for 125 days. I feel this is perfect for the morbidly obese person who doesnāt know what to eat and canāt handle high intensity cardio etc. I am seriously considering putting my dad on this program, but heās only got about 30 fat pounds to lose.
I agree, BFL would be fine for them.
I was 325 and about 45% BF and did it (for 18 months) and now Iām 215 and 10%
