Seemed like a fun idea

455xf lol I got folded over hard, I know my legs got the strength damn that felt heavy upper back/core needs stronger

nice easy day still happy with a pretty easy 405 since I weigh 13lbs less than I did last time.

  1. No idea on the yoke! I work in the athletic department of a college and i get allllll dere scraps. lol if i want them. In the past six months, I have acquired three prowlers, two sleds, battle ropes, this yoke, a GHD, a york platform, several hundred lbs of bumper and regular plates, and a sweet bench press set up. I also have a training studio that benefits from some of these prizes. Life is real good sometimes.

  2. Your hair is bitchin. Plz dont cut.

haha I didn’t do it either! lol Ive done 425 before I wanted 455 bad

ive done paused front squats in the hole. I might try tht after my comp though just unracking the weight and holding it. 455 felt just brutal on my neck i got to admit

I’ve been eating so bad all week well not on my diet at least so much good food so much fun and my weight is still 195 yeah buddy! Big log press going down tomorrow!

yeah its true, always seek to achieve more. Never know where you will end up.

Thank you. I feel confidence is something very few of us are born with and needs to be constantly worked on. You have to believe in yourself. Once I really embraced that my life has really improved.

Haha, I was still impressed by it all. Unracking 455 for front squats is no small feat in itself (especially how you hold the bar, I do it that way too). I don’t think people understand that unless they do front squats regularly! 405 at good depth is a distant dream for me!

Plus you should be able to bring your core up pretty quick. You probably got 440 in the bag - don’t you think? I watched the video a couple times and it seems like you just leaned forward a little too much which caused you to lose it at the bottom - it didn’t look as bad as you made it sound! lol

Yeah i thought about going for 435-440 or so I think I could have got that, my core has came up a lot so I hope it continues to do so, I remember 365 used to fold me over just as bad.

keep working I remember i spent almost a year trying to hit the 300 mark I must have missed it 10 times even though I did 295 before. The day I hit it i got 315 right after it
