10ft 56lb weight for height for pr got it on my last attempt. 11’ is coming.

Probably the worst stone rash I have ever gotten from Atlas Stones. Who needs tattoos?

Thanks, I know I do too. I’ve lifted stones that heavy before but always 18" diameter stones never a 20" the size makes it a whole different lift its so damn big! I plan to make the lightest 20" stone I can to practice

Deadlift till your dead
Man my low back and whole body is still wrecked from event training Saturday but I can’t let that stop me. This is the difference with strongman your low back will NEVER feel rested. So get used to it.

Weight was 191 this morning. It was 185 last Tuesday. Good times

Like, for me and the headstands, my milestone was getting my body straight and/or not crashing on my head.

50ft haha I dunno I think I will be good at if I attempt it drunk. I like to think I have some more impressive skills though

haha thanks I’ll try. Yeah two bananas covered in honey pre workout coconut water during and 3 scoops Surge post workout= full muscles

I read your comment this morning, went to the store before the gym to get some bananas, and ate the bananas and honey.

It was so yummy, perfect insulin spike, especially considering I’m not in too much of a carb state of mind, but that hit the spot.

My muscles don’t look jacked like yours though, but it’s okay.
