Training Bis/Tris Together Causes More Growth

Is there any differences in terms of growth, in doing an arms only day opposed to splitting it up as a biceps only day and triceps only day? I hear some say the pump from combining biceps/triceps in the same session stretches the muscle fascia more, and causes an amazing pump that increases arm growth more. Is this true or just horsesh*t? Becuase my arms are lacking, and with my current split in order to have an arm only day, id have to stick shoulders after something else, and then my military press strength would suffer.

Chest
Back
OFF
Shoulders/Tri
Quads/Biceps
OFF
OFF

I was thinking of doing:

Chest
Bicep/Legs
OFF
Military Press/Triceps/Side Laterals
OFF
Back/Rear Delts
OFF

What do you think?

Train 5 days a week instead of 4. Problem solved.
