This book was written by a french (one of the best biomechanist and illustrator on the world), well known in France.
I think a lot could be learned by reading this book.
A small excerpt about the seated curl leg :
I have very rarely seen anyone do it this way (the safest and best way to recruit the hamstrings).
I think it’s one of the best book for the lifters.
