<----Thats me and my 2 kids @ the Renn faire in Wisconsin.

Kids ages Sophia 5 Cade 2

Yes Cade is HUGE turns 3 in late October.

Tattoos already?

Hi Fischer, glad to have you back! Too bad about the disks, I’m sure you’ll work around that.

You’re a big boy, how did they get the pacemaker in you? I’ve had hints of heart trouble, scared they’d have to whack out a lot of muscle and stuff to get in there.

Cav–modern pacemakers sit just under the skin, usually just below the clavicle, putting one in isn’t a big operation nowadays.

UH OH! Hes got the itch already…Incredibly cute pics bro!

@Cav <–What Big Nurse said. Except for the leads that run through the pectoral muscle and anterior delt muscle. That is what sucks or gives pain once in awhile.

Certain strecthes feel real weird as well.

Contrast shower and a couple of rounds of db swings with clients later afternoon.

Rick

welcome back

Awesome News, good session

and your kids are cute- Cade Is HUGE

Dude, you rock. I’ve followed your logs for a few years now and with the latest info, I’m more impressed than ever. True stongman. A little crazy but def all over strong. Specially tween the ears. Look forward to more.

10 pullups every hour today is my WOD.

Actually woke up today with no pain ANYWHERE ! I know right, I am looking around corners and over my shoulder every couple of seconds looking for Old Mr.Pain to show up and get me LOL.

Base workout is a Hepburn style training for the basics and then some volume afterwards the weight days are 3-days aweek right now with BW exercises on the off days.

Will slowly bring BW down to 215 right now @ 228 1st thing in morning.

Why do you want to get your weight down? I don’t see a beer gut anywhere on you.

Something to stay focused on aaaaand I am a Pt and nothing helps like looking like I am in great shape when talking to prospective clients or when running classes.

Also when I am lighter I feel a lot more “athletic”
