This is a very cool project with a super driven athlete. @jfcaronstrongman tore both patellar tendons in competition (log press) and now that his initial rehab phase is complete, the goal is to get him in a situation where he’ll be able to handle heavy weights again.
Right now the goal is to strengthen those new tendons as well as re-establishing full functional range of motion.
It’s a tall (and big in his case) order but if someone can do it, it’s him!
