CT. hope all is well with you. been away for awhile. Getting back into it slowly.I can’t believe how badly out of shape I got in 3 months. I was huffing and puffing climbing the stairs at the gym.
I started last friday with 1 set of 5 reps with just the bar on about 20 exercises, as a circuit. I’m up to 2 rounds of 7 with some weight added on the second round, and the session lasts an hour or so. I’m figuring that after i get up to 3 x 10 with weight, I should be ready to go kick it up some.
Any suggestions?
