I think it’s time to switch things up in my routine and was wondering what advice people had for something new. I’ve currently been following a bodybuilding split built around compound and OLY lifts. I would say my strong point is definitely my back. I would like to keep deadlifting, rows, 1 arm snatches, squats, and some type of direct shoulder work in my training. My current training split is as follows:
Monday- Chest
DB or BB Flat Bench
Some Flyes or other secondary
Tues- Back
Pull-ups
Bent BB rows
Deadlift
T-Bar
Wed- Off
Thurs- Bi’s and Tri’s
Close grip bench
Dips
Overhead Extension
DB or BB Curls
Reverse Curls
Incline Curls (Seated)
Friday- Shoulders and Upper Back
1 Arm Snatch or Power Clean
DB overhead presses
Lat raises
Seated rear delt raises
DB Shrugs
Saturday- Legs
Box Squats
Good Mornings
Standing Calf Raise
Leg Extensions
Sunday- Off
