I ment that lift or die and powerlifter100 behaved good.

It’s time the world of ironlifting starts listening to me no matter how arrogant I am. I am probably the only person who has seen these things, because I believe that if ANY OF YOU T-Nation members have realized these things early on, you’re love for strength sports will urge you to do the same thing that I have been trying to do in here since the moment I logged in at T-Nation…
OPEN YOUR FUCKING EYES PEOPLE!!! The only person who’s making sense right now is ME, and I’m not even an advanced lifter…
Please… forgive me arrogance. If you wanna follow my journey, then you are more than welcome to…
Comedy genius. You are definitely an advanced douchebag.

He is not entirly wrong, training yor total body often can work fine. The thing he does wrong is the way he advocates it. Has he sad him self, he is way too arrogant. Even so, its stupid to so many mebmers who youst gives him crap, without arguing what he is saying. Som like powerlifter100 and lift or die. but others yust gather around like a mob too look at the “freak”
( I am from norway, so my english is not perfect, hope you dont give me crap because of this )
Honestly, it’s a matter of tone and perspective. Yes- his tone is cocky and arrogant. But also, his posts indicate a knowledge base entirely coming from reading a bunch of articles. The combination of these two traits makes intelligent two-way dialog on training impossible.
If he were a real strong dude that was squatting four times a week or at least had seen this work in real life on regular basis, we might take this post a little more seriously.
I think my favorite sandwich is steak. steak, mayo, and bread. more steak and mayo then bread. Meat says Hi.

I see your point, and practice wath you preach"curl" is a good motto. The thing I reacted too, was that some members yust playd along without making one intelligent comment. I have seen this before at other forums, and hates it. people ho talks down or give others crap because everybody thus it, is as much infantil as TYPE2B. I dont now how old type2b is, but I remember when I started to workout in 2004, I read too articles about HIT, and I advocated that this was the only way too train for about a year on internett forums, but after som time and experience with training I understood that training isent that black and white. Maybe this guy will see this in some time.

x2. Add fried onions, mushrooms, kepitch, wit’ wiz from Pat’s, Geno’s, or Jim’s (S.Philly)
This thread is much more interesting with the OP on ‘ignore’.
TYPE2B:
I appreshiate what you’re trying to do here; iconoklastic posters are the best. I have been lurking on this cite for a long time and have read your posts and they are all well-reasoned and therow.
And Im not trying to be a d-bag, but just since people keep callin’ you out on your lifts I’m interested: what exactly are you’re numbers?

I’ve been real big on skirt steak and flat iron steak lately. This stuff is usually pretty cheap- like 6 or 7 bucks per pound. Throw some salt, pepper, sliced onions and garlic powder on it and put in under a broiler for about 10 minutes. You just can’t go wrong with it. Good flavor, pretty tender (ain’t filet- but it ain’t $20/lb either) and you can eat a pound and a half of lean steak for $10.

A guy I’ve competed with keeps recommending Buffalo meat to me. He swears he started getting bigger and stronger when he switched from regular steak to bison steaks.

I’ve heard that Buffalo is good stuff. Can’t find it around here unfortunately.

Gonna try that out when I hit up the grocery store in a few days. I’ve always just bought a few big steaks, threw them on the grill, and it’s kinda getting boring.
Bison is really good, and I’ve been on a bratwurst thing lately. Few bratwurst, a chicken breast with cheese sprinkled on it, and a shot of olive oil has been a common meal.
I yust ate entrecote with potatos and salad and it tasted great + I got som proteins and carbs for growing.
5 eggs and a bowl of grits with monterrey jack cheese and taco seasoning mixed in. mmmmm mmm.
Finally, a TYPE2B thread that’s useful!

But until then, we shall lay into him relentlessly for amusement.
Heres my favorite TYPE2B quote:
“I’m also here to convince people to start being concerned more about their strength instead of their looks. I’m attempting to make the world a more hardcore place to be…”
which can be found here Forums - T Nation - The World's Trusted Community for Elite Fitness
Its way funny hoho… but he needs to chill a bit.
man skirt steak
i had buffalo one time… that shit was so good.
my favorite steak is definitely ribeye… marbled greatness.
the most ironic thing about Type2B is his nickname… he should be calling himself Type2A with all of this strength talk.
what a noob.
