I have been lifting weights for 16 years. At 5’6" and 224 pounds, I am no slouch. This year, I am doing something different and have found it amazing:
I am Accuratley tracking my results, diet, and weights.
I have always written down what I have done, but it is only recently that I have taken the time to analyze what those scribblings mean, and use it to plan for my next workout.
this rant is just a simple reminder for myself and others:
An Inventory is useless unless you closely inspect the goods on hand.
