Torn Bicep

Went to PT yesterday, and that was my 6 weeks mark also. I have full range of motion. still lacking in supination and pronation, and will be in a brace for one more week. The only pain I am having now is when trying to sleep. There is not many places I can lay my arm and feel relaxed. The real ego buster is doing lateral raises with 6 lb dumbbells in a training room with a bunch of college athletes…LOL

I feel you, it is just now that my weights are starting to come back up from a torn tri in May. Take it slow and come back stronger!
