Top 5 Workout Supplements

Out of all the supplements you’ve ever tried, which 5 pre-workout supplements gave you the best results, and which 5 post-workout supplements gave you the best results?

Yeah Biostest is pretty sweet. Probably the best deals I have gotten are from Biotest. I mean 100 servings of pure creatine for under $20… that is crazy! And Power Drive is delicious!

I had Flameout on the list, but changed it out, since I haven’t noticed too much of an effect from it, but I really just take it for the health benefits.

The only pre/post stuff I use are Power Drive sometimes before, and Surge afterward.

I see no reason to take 5 supplements before and after.

For pre workout
1.Morph by Isatori is really good.
2. Creatine Monohydrate with phosphate
Post workout

  1. Surge
  2. Beverly Glutamine Select with BCAAs and Muscle Provider.

yeah man I agree. All the supps in the world won’t do you any good unless you have a good diet.
