I love WSB kicking ass on ME moves and blasting through DE days.

Every once in a while we just do crazy stuff like 50set workouts or whatever just for kicks. I fyou have the energy one day just go for it. Stay away from failure and you’ll recover fine.

Do chins and read the Bible.

Keep a food log next to you at all times and plan your meals in advance. Always have a spare meal on hand in case something happens.

I saw it on here first don’t remember who said it but “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail”
