Can’t believe nobody said to keep it fun.
Amen: If you have fun you are willing to push yourself soo much further.
I love WSB kicking ass on ME moves and blasting through DE days.
Every once in a while we just do crazy stuff like 50set workouts or whatever just for kicks. I fyou have the energy one day just go for it. Stay away from failure and you’ll recover fine.
Do chins and read the Bible.
Keep a food log next to you at all times and plan your meals in advance. Always have a spare meal on hand in case something happens.
I saw it on here first don’t remember who said it but “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail”
KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid
The last tip will remain a mystery!
I turned the article to TC this week - you’ll see the results once he runs it!
I know you’ve already submitted your list, but I’d still like to share some of mine; hopefully, some of you may find it useful.
“If you’ve done it before, you can do it again, this time do it better.”
(Strong words before a workout. This must be my favorite.)
“Slow and controlled.”
(Strong words during a wokrout.)
“This one is for 9/11!”
(Strong words for that last rep.)
“What doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger.”
(Strong words after a workout. My second favorite.)
“You’re your own worst critic.”
(When you feel discouraged.)
“Whatever you can do, I can do better.”
(When you feel motivated. My third favorite.)
“How many times can I save myself hanging off a cliff?”
(Before and during pull-ups. lol)
