My upper back is way too tight.
There’s scar tissue like a mother f* at c7, I can do nada about.
What besides yoga n might be good to loosen it up. I literally physically can not put my hands straight up in the Air bc my rear dents, traps, and that area at c7 is so tight.
Hell doing yoga helps a little. There must be more isolated ways to stretch it. The instructor did show me one stretch but I want more.

FTR, I’m 53, 6’2”, 225, so I’m somewhat noticeable on a yoga mat….
