I’ve been taking a tablet which contains 15mg zinc each night just before bed and have been sleeping a lot better, as well as finding it easier to go to sleep.
However, I had a look on the jar on vitamins that I take twice a day and it seems that each dose contains 15mg on zinc.
In total, I’m currently taking 45mg of zinc per day, is this too much? I know you can take too much zinc but I’m unsure of what that level is.
