- FSL or jokers
- Pushing assistance- dips, pushups or DB presses: 3 sets 8-15 reps
- Chins
- Rows
- Triceps

so drop either the FSL/jokers or the pushing assistance? the trouble is i see the value in both.
I would drop the tricep work, or make THAT the pushing assiatance.
