If you have no cholesterol issues, I don’t see the problem in it.
I love how people avoid eggs but will eat Cheerios or fast food whenever they want.
Four Eggs or four dozen?
I eat betwen 6-12 eggs everyday…

Eat as many eggs as you like. Full of goodness. Cholesterol isnt an issue with any food you eat anyway as your body simply synthesises less if you eat more.

I just really don’t like to take risks when it comes to my health esp. nutrition…so i tend to get very paranoid when i read articles which highlight certain food as being hazardous to helath and therefore may conflict with my meal plans.
Let me guess these are the same type of people who said that red meat results in cancer while conveniently ignoring the diet of processed meats, sugars and refined grains

how long have you been doing that? and since what age?
No no and no.
Four is nothing man!
After a good workout I’ll often have a dozen eggs in my PWO shake.
It won’t cause high cholesterol. That is caused by an improper hormonal state, not dietary cholesterol.
