DOPE gym sesh today!! Felt good to bump up the volume and do an actual back/bi workout! Its making me super eager to get shredded FAAAST so I can get back to gaining again!! I need to figure out a good ab routine to do. I don’t want to get lean and not have any abzzz!! You boytjies got any ideas? I tried doing cable crunches today but it felt super awkward and didn’t feel shit in my abs.
I know of one really good one that I liked but I don’t know the name. It involves an incline bench, a cable station and the rope attachment. Maybe some chopper twists (got the name right?) or something too? I don’t want to sit around doing hundred of crunches lol. I’d like to train them like I would train anything else. Obviously I don’t mean low reps or ab max outs haha. You know what I mean! I don’t want some silly little “cut” abs. I want them some thick, deep abs that pop. Haha never thought I’d ever say that.

Todays Push session was ok. I switched back to heavy lifting but it was a little strange at first and the strength wasn’t all there. Down like 3-5 reps on everything. Hopefully I’ll be able to bring everything back up again. Incline DB Flyes felt fokken amaaazzing though!

Seated Shoulder Pin Press - smith machine - no ideal position for the pins on these for me. Space between each pin is too far to get the perfect set up. I had to settle for shoulder height which it a little low for a pin press but my shoulders took it fine.

So far today has just been cardio.
Cycling at gym followed by jogging and sprinting along the beach (no appropriate soundtrack to go with it though), running through and across dunes and then sprinting up one particularly high dune 10 times (one after the other) to finish it off. It was nice to change things up a bit. Keep things fun! I might go back into gym later tonight just to do some squats.
