Sanctioned event! Lol, 1st of all, how much do you even weigh right now? Remember, this is MORNING weight! You can’t go eat 9 meals then get a pic of yourself on the scale! I’m going for a weigh in and BF% check at the end of the month anyway so I’ll just take a pic of myself there. Oh and remember, I play for pink slips!

84 now 95! 11kg 5to go! my top quarter thickend out NICELY!! just my traps and upper chest would like a bit more! mid section lowerback was never a weakpoint and my ab will multiply soon and look like a spider with 6 abdomens and legs coming out (6pack and obliques incase u were tihnking i was drunk or high or both)
if i weigh 98 im just going 2 drink 2L of water and go BOOOM 100kg ! bang in ur face!
my legs are coming on nicely! noticible difference in quads hammys and calves
