Weighed 101 this morning…

Put the scale in a million different places to make sure the reading wasn’t funky and I got 101-101.1 everywhere I weighed myself. 101.6 after a shower with a towel on just to see if the reading was fixed for some reason.

EDIT: Oh and the waist is down half an inch too from this time last week. 38.5"
I think I’ll be happy at around 36"

It has been a TERRIBLE week!! Barely any gyming, energy levels are currently at rock bottom, the gastro didn’t help, no motivation and basically just feeling like a total fat ass.
I’m changing the split up for myself. Sorry Firm, I’m just not enjoying it that much anymore. I never quite feel like I’ve done enough. I’m still going to gym at 11 and everything but doing some things differently.

I’m not looking for opinions on it. I know what works for me, I’ve done this before and loved it. Here it is:

1-Tris/Delts
2-EVO (deadlifts, rows, hamstrings and probably some complexes to finish off with)
3-Pecs/Biceps
4-Quads/Back(width)
5-Tris/Delts
6-Biceps/Traps
7-OFF

I’ve gotta get back on a strict diet ASAP!!! All this unclean eating and drinking is definitely a big part of this kak mood I’ve been in. Definitely gotta get the morning jogs back on track! Something I was doing a lot when I was feeling great was swimming a lot at my parents house, getting lots of sun and fresh air.
