8 Pull-ups
12 Goblet Squats, 40 lb
16 DB Snatches, 40 lb
24 DB Rows (12 Per Arm), 40 lb
28 Walking Lunges
32 Sit-ups

5 Rounds, 350 Cals, 150 BPM

Comments: Had a very long day yesterday and had way too many beers with my coworker last night but still got up and got after it. Threw this together and really enjoyed doing this on the nice turf grass behind the condo. I had to go up and down the stairs to get to the pull-up bar, which added in a little extra effort. Done.

Nice Peloton ride yesterday and a good looking metcon today. I like the creativity of getting this in on the road. Great job!
