I was really not expecting my car to just kinda die 2 times in the middle of me driving. This really stinks but I already devised a super full proof plan of how I am going to finish Deep Water in the worse case scenario (me not having a car for these next 3 weeks). Lol I’m just sitting in a parking lot waiting for this to get towed.

School fitness center is open from 7:00 am - 8:45 am and 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

I can make do with this. I can also utilize uber to go to my regular gym but I prefer not to because that costs money (I need that money for food)

Car is in the shop. Just gonna assume I don’t have a car for the rest of this semester. It’s only a 10 minute walk to school and the area doesn’t look sooo bad. If I leave at 6:40 am that should lower my chances of getting mugged. But then again I am not a small guy so maybe I don’t have to worry about that.

people who mug people go to sleep for the day at 6am and get back up around 10pm. think vampires.

These next few weeks are going to be a pain in the ass. I’ll go tomorrow morning for my bench session to get used to it. It won’t make much of a difference because I have been waking up super early lately.

I had a great gym session today, I am just kind of lazy to log for now. @T3hPwnisher Dude it took me up until this day to finally delete the UberEats app on my phone. I should’ve done that a long time ago.

For the last session I woke up at 4:34 am or so. As usual, I wasted time on my phone for about 20 minutes because I wanted to start the day at 5:00 am. After getting out of my bed, it took a couple minutes to realize I was super gassy from all those taco bowls I ate last night. Of course I wanted to get to the college fitness center as early as possible so I rushed breakfast a bit. Half a pound of ham and a protein shake was sufficient enough as fuel. Around 6:30 am I scurried to the door, went past the apartment complex gate, and then walked on the sidewalk that was parallel to the whole complex. Eventually I got to my school at around 6:44 am and…. Ugh screw it

College weight room eventually opened, I lift pieces of metal at 7 am and I happy now.

In all seriousness, I have absolutely nothing to worry about as far as training is concerned.
Corner store within walking distance? Check. Empty college fitness center at 7am? Check.

Worse case scenario for my lifting journey is starting Super Squats during the spring semester of college rather than winter break. I am not running Super Squats on my back porch of my parents house. I have a death wish if I do that.

Hold up. Did it take an hour and a half to eat the ham? :joy:

:joy: ahhh well you see @jshaving it only took that long because I had so much gas in my stomach. I did not have an appetite.

Surely you see the insanity here

 It takes me a little bit of time to get out of bed after waking up.

Week 3 of Deep Water Intermediate starts Monday morning. I want to squat 290 lbs for 20 reps lol.

Well yeah: you’re playing with your phone.

Make it your mission to get up as soon as you wake. You don’t even need to do anything: just physically get out of the bed.

A good strategy for this is to leave your phone/alarm out of arm’s reach. Put it across the room so you HAVE to get up

Best of luck on week 3.
