i just noticed my deadlift starting postion is garbage the bar is probably to close to my shins and needs to be over my mid foot. Which is why the first rep feels like a hamstring grind while on the descent for the other reps I automatically go into my strongest position
Iām happy I learned this from doing jokers.
I just canāt imagine with powerlifters tho. So much precision and technique into one rep. One screw up, weight is lost

Since Chris told me to weigh myself last sunday I weighed 194.8
Today I weighed 195.5
If I weigh 200 by the end of august will you give me a pat on the back?

Just remember that simply āweighing moreā isnāt the goal. āWeighing more because youāve consistently followed good nutrition principles while improving in the gymā is the goal.

Possibly. Butnalso less practised. So remember that when you go in and your body needs to remember how to do the movements again. It will limit weight on the cover a bit.
