I planned a fun day tomorrow for me and 4 other buddies. It’ll be bowling, TopGolf, and indoor go karting ALL on one day.

I thought it’d be fun to stack a bunch of fun stuff and make it chaotic.

On the other note, I’ll be working on getting tenants in my house over the next weeks/months. Sigh I’m not overwhelmed or anything…for my own sanity I better learn and act fast, so my brain can go back to “cruise mode”.

2 friends tardy….probably lose 30 min of bowling time when all we is an hour

2 friends of my friend flaked. I don’t really know the fuckers, but I reserved everything….

You gotta give dudes time to pre game and get a few beers down before activities.

Sucks man. I really hate dealing with people for this very reason. I value my time and the time of others, whereas other people seem to have no issue wasting your time.

To be fair I can’t blame my 2 friends apparently there were three crashes on the beltway. It did kind of stink losing some bowling time.

On the other note, I have a lot of words about humans in general. Don’t get me started on conformity…too much conformity anyway.

It’s taking me an hour, at least for this week (week 3) because I have 3 minutes rest or less for everything.

Week 5 and 6 should take me a little less than an hour.

Except you have to factor in the time at the end of the workout you spend laying on the floor dying, haha.

I stated advertising my property this past Saturday. So far, I got 5 leads and I have a showing scheduled for some dude this Saturday (who just so happens to be a grad student at the university I’m 3 minutes away from). I’m impressed because this is quite possibly the worst time for moving or really anything business related.

Screening potential tenants/roommates for my house has been interesting.

I gave my first tour to some guy this past Saturday before spending the whole day with my parents, since they wanted to see my house and me. I don’t think this guy was all that serious.

This Saturday I’ll be giving 6 people a tour over the course of the day, 4 ladies and 2 guys.
