I’m ending this cut next week.

I’m down 25 lbs.

I weigh 192 lbs.

I have done enough.

I will post my bodyweight next week and then I’ll monologue for a bit on that post.

I’ll be back to lifting some heavy stuff soon enough…man I’m gonna be so sore after barbell squatting for the 1st time again.

I’m going to need to find my rhythm in regards to visiting family without getting all frazzled with the commute time, training, and cooking.

A big fear for me is letting time fly and not making time BESIDES HOLIDAYS to visit family. Imagine doing that….then the funerals start trickling in….

The thought of that aggravates me, so I really have to figure something out.

Well instead of planning there is always the unstructured ā€œdo it anyway and no rules chaos approachā€

An example of that would be driving in the middle of rush hour traffic on a Friday evening back to New Jersey or to Southern Virginia (my navy veteran uncle lives there). It would suck, but I would get to my destination eventually.

If it fits your budget, the newest cars (similar to what Tesla has had for a while from what I understand) have active cruise control with a feature that will do all the work for you even in stop and go traffic (still should stay alert of course in case there’s a glitch in the system) That plus audio books substantially cuts driving stress.
