Definitely rekindle that. When I was recovering from ACL reconstruction, the prowler was huge for my recovery.

I’ll be utilizing Bill Pearls Intermediate Weight Training Program and his Advanced Weight Training Program.

I will be increasing volume and movement gradually while lowering my calories gradually. I will conclude the cutting after 12-16 weeks.

I will definitely need a list of exercise substitutions handy for time management purposes.

Something I really enjoyed about the Karwoski Split was how I could get quality intense training done in little time, it was beautiful.

Spending too much time in the gym due to meatbag infestation makes me incredibly irritable and lowers my quality of life.

Electrical subcontractor had a company picnic today and I showed up. Lol I was the only intern who showed up there.

It was fun, I got to meet a nice number of people and ate some food, I was glad I was able to blabber about Arnold, Bill Pearl, and other gym related stuff with an Assistant Project Manager who was there.

Oh how I love talking with those that apart of the IBEW lol. (Oh and the project managers too, they were all nice)

I swear blue collar workers are the most down to earth people ever. That’s kind of weird thing to say, but office folk always tended to be insufferable compared to blue collar workers (in my experiences only it is not an absolute truth).

My first day is actually this upcoming Monday lol.

I love my shop/field guys. Would much rather spend time with them than with the office guys, especially those with “Senior” or “VP” in their titles. So much knowledge and wisdom to be gained.

I got accepted into an online/flex masters of science in accounting program. (Fall 2025)

The program is designed for non-accounting undergrads and career changers.

It’s sorta like doing another bachelors (but, without all the other bullshit gen-ed courses), so you build a base and the courses get more technical as you go.

I also have the opportunity to take some pretty cool elective classes such as Corporate Finance.

Yeah….the rest of week was more of a “I don’t give a shit about the gym” week. I needed that though.

  • Had great first week at electrical contractor

  • Went to a real estate networking event with my friend and picked up some REALLY good information from talking with a bunch of people. It was networking event and then also a Q&A panel featuring average joe real estate investor millionaires (what would they do if they started from rock bottom to get started in real estate with the knowledge they know now).

  • Played pool last night with friends. I kicked my friend’s ass twice and then my other friend kicked my ass. Then we did a 2 v 1 (idc if this isn’t legal) vs the more skilled friend.

Now I’m back in NJ for only today to celebrate Father’s Day with my Dad.
