Titan Tim Tackling his Twenties

That’s great dude! Finish the semester strong!

Yep my job is going great, I pretty much have the responsibility of a full-time employee. I couldn’t ask for anything more tbh. I get off work when the whole team get offs.

Having the responsibility feels kind of weird, but this is great!

This MEP stuff is so sophisticated, an entirely different animal than steel.

One day I shall get to a point where I can talk amongst others in a completely different language to prevent clashes amongst other trades.

My progress on the definition diet so far:

209 lbs —-> 198 lbs

I feel great on the diet, it’s like I have an endless amount of energy. I don’t feel ashamed of what I eat and best of all, no counting calories.

I can’t wait to see what I will accomplish in the next couple of months.

Bought 4 containers of heavy whipping cream and 2 bags of pork rinds.

Did quick research and now I’m throwing out the heavy whipping cream lol, I hate myself sometimes.

I knew I should’ve gotten bone broth.

Why throw out the cream? It can have a place.

Outstanding to hear about the progress there dude! So big to feel no food shame and not have to count. Good CHOICES, not good macros: amazing how that works.

Thanks Pwn!!

When I’m ready to gain weight again, it’s coming back along with milk. I read online that there’s carbs in heavy whipping cream even though it says 0 grams.

I just wanted to drink. I heard Bone Broth has electrolytes which I really need after running, so that will do.

My plan for when I gain is to make some kind of carnivore or deep water-ish “Get Big Drink”

Relying on only food is a plan destined to fail. I’m so glad I know what to expect of my career time management wise.

Lol, I had 18 rolls of sushi for lunch with Mr. Senior Project Manager

There was absolutely no way out of that. He even ordered for me. He really wanted me to try sushi for the first time.

That was good though. It was “almost” carnivore, but not quite.

Philadelphia rolls are definitely my favorite. I also had spicy tuna, and something else that had avocado, which was good too.

Well I expect that to happen again maybe. He eats relatively healthy, so I won’t trip over a mandatory cheat meal…hopefully once a month.

Not sure of the exact details of the diet protocol you’re on, but as far as cheat meals go you can do much worse than sushi lol. There’s a couple restaurants around my campus that serve it and I go with friends pretty often.

Good job on those Larsen presses a couple days ago btw

Trace amounts. All food has carbs in it, even meat and eggs, but it’s going to be so little it’s not worth considering. But yeah, cream is a great gaining staple. Check out the article “Heavy Cream and Bodybuilding” on physical culture study sometime.

The MEP Superintendent for my project invited a bunch of people to a sports bar to watch the Ravens Playoff tomorrow.

I’ll be going to that I suppose, although I’m debating. I’d rather crank out a shit load of assignments since I wasted time today.

Rant

Fun Fact: I wasted like $100 on some local REIA (Real Estate Investment Association) online course from 8am - 4pm.

This lady said a whole lot of nothing. Since I paid, I was hoping for information that cannot be googled. Same old….vague you gotta do this and that….with no detail, dO yOur rEsEarch. Cmon I paid!

It’s really just gatekeeping. No examples of real life deals, contracts or anything….just a bunch of yapping.

Understanding the intent of contracts by reading should allow me to copy that strategy whether it be purchasing a rental property or doing a wholesale deal.

She even had the audacity to market her goofy workshop that is on another website.

I knew I should’ve gotten bone broth….lol

I had fun at the sports bar, but I left early cause I didn’t want to deal with all the traffic. Hopefully, the Ravens will win.

They all respected the fact that I didn’t drink. They didn’t try to peer pressure me or anything. I also ate lots of steak, salmon, and eggs lol.

Only slightly annoying thing was (the two foreman may have been drunk) that two our foreman kept trying to get me to talk to random girls at the bar. “Tim I’m gonna help you get one of these seasoned white women” “Tim you want them don’t you, go get them (and then he points to random girls).

I had to keep telling these two foreman, I ain’t interested and eventually they stopped. Mrs.Tlgains most likely isn’t going to be found in a bar.

One of them tried introducing me to this random ass girl. I just shook her hand, said it’s nice to meet them, and called it a day…it was awkward. I did not want to talk to this chick.

 These foreman are in their 50s, married, and with children.

One of the plumbers also got super drunk, so I helped get him some water. It’s was like he was an infant learning how to walk. His wife had to take him home, how embarrassing.

I would guess, had a few too many and wanted to live variously through someone young and free.

I second Simo. Also, I don’t like that it’s this way, but welcome to construction. That was pretty tame for field person, foreman or not. The things some of these guys will say about women and their wives is horrible.
