I meant to type this with my last training post but a jacked dude came over to me today and gave me a fist bump “I see you in here every time working hard”. He kind of looked like John Meadows.
@FlatsFarmer You’re totally right Flats, what’s extremely fascinating to me is how I’ll have an extremely different amount of maintenance calories than when I was 247 lbs. I can see myself using the same strategy I am doing right now but backwards since I would be bulking. Would definitely love to learn more about homeostasis and how the body uses/interacts with calories, metabolism, etc. I think I’ll search T-Nation articles for any of that.
Hah, it hasn’t been 60+ thankfully. I’m hanging around the high 40’s to low 50’s recently. Lots of extra work around the house, though. Remodeling is a pain in the ass.
You’re seriously destroying the weights Tim! I legit get excited when you post, haha.
Here I am thinking I’m going to avoid physical activity, but nope spent 2 hours moving steel doors with all my other field trailer colleagues. The teamwork we had was badass and I was enjoying it a bit too much.
For some reason Zodd is probably my favorite character from “Berserk” right next to Skull Knight and Guts (which I will probably post later on. Berserk is a manga/anime set in a medieval inspired fantasy world, it is extremely violent. Why do I like Zodd? Dude he’s a yoked demon that seems almost unstoppable what is there not to like.
Never even played the Viewtiful Joe game (even though I grew up with a GameCube), I have watched a good amount of the cartoon and also he was in Marvel vs Capcom 3. I am extremely obsessed with the opening theme of the cartoon. Joe is a cool character, he’s a dumbass but a pretty good hero.
Jesus Christ that’s a nuts good morning. You gotta post a video of that, I can’t believe it’s not just folding you in half! Seriously impressive my man, nice work
The scale only tells a portion of the story. I’ve been the weight I’m at now and I’ve been fat at this weight and scrawny at this weight. You’re still young: you’re technically not even fully physically mature yet. You’re laying down a fantastic foundation, and as long as you keep chugging ahead the way you are, you’re going to be a complete physical specimen for a LONG time.
