Titan Tim Tackling his Twenties

I meant to type this with my last training post but a jacked dude came over to me today and gave me a fist bump “I see you in here every time working hard”. He kind of looked like John Meadows.

@FlatsFarmer You’re totally right Flats, what’s extremely fascinating to me is how I’ll have an extremely different amount of maintenance calories than when I was 247 lbs. I can see myself using the same strategy I am doing right now but backwards since I would be bulking. Would definitely love to learn more about homeostasis and how the body uses/interacts with calories, metabolism, etc. I think I’ll search T-Nation articles for any of that.

Thank you Pwn, after that set I was extremely gassy. Moving that must’ve shifted my lunch in my stomach or something.

I always came close to puking on heavy GMs. It definitely squeezes everything out of you

It’s a really neat movement I don’t see how it can’t make you stronger, next week I’ll be doing Anderson Squats, definitely looking forward to that.

That was my reaction to reading how much food you’re putting down while working ridiculous 60+ construction hours.

Hah, it hasn’t been 60+ thankfully. I’m hanging around the high 40’s to low 50’s recently. Lots of extra work around the house, though. Remodeling is a pain in the ass.

You’re seriously destroying the weights Tim! I legit get excited when you post, haha.

There’s a new hire on my jobsite, he’s also a marine. Overall, a really cool dude. His face resembles @T3hPwnisher.

I haven’t seen a bigger version of you Pwn but you have a marine variant of you who works in construction :joy:

Here I am thinking I’m going to avoid physical activity, but nope spent 2 hours moving steel doors with all my other field trailer colleagues. The teamwork we had was badass and I was enjoying it a bit too much.

I hate how I look without a shirt, but hey I’m doing something about it lol.

I’m what you would call skinny fat and muscular

I jokingly call it skinny fuscular

Great session today

Tim’s Fictional Character Of The Day

Nosferatu Zodd, or “Zodd the Immortal”

image

For some reason Zodd is probably my favorite character from “Berserk” right next to Skull Knight and Guts (which I will probably post later on. Berserk is a manga/anime set in a medieval inspired fantasy world, it is extremely violent. Why do I like Zodd? Dude he’s a yoked demon that seems almost unstoppable what is there not to like.

Tim’s Fictional Character Of The Day

Viewtiful Joe

Never even played the Viewtiful Joe game (even though I grew up with a GameCube), I have watched a good amount of the cartoon and also he was in Marvel vs Capcom 3. I am extremely obsessed with the opening theme of the cartoon. Joe is a cool character, he’s a dumbass but a pretty good hero.

I know this feeling well, but also don’t care. LOL

With all the time and effort I am putting ijg into getting bigger and stronger I myself feel I deserve an above average looking body.

I have no doubt you haver that already…average is not a good standard. Just keep working the way you are and it will all come good in time.

The scale only tells a portion of the story. I’ve been the weight I’m at now and I’ve been fat at this weight and scrawny at this weight. You’re still young: you’re technically not even fully physically mature yet. You’re laying down a fantastic foundation, and as long as you keep chugging ahead the way you are, you’re going to be a complete physical specimen for a LONG time.
