Tired of TBT!

I was using TBT for loosing weight. It seemed to work for awhile but I seem to be stalling. I went from 242 to 224 in a couple of months.

The thing is, can I workout a few less body parts and just add some cardio? For example… Monday: Chest and Back, 20 min treadmill, etc.etc.

Will/can I still loose fat without going fullbody. Sorry if this doesn’t make sonce to anyone.

i gained 15 lbs while on TBT… maybe cuz i didnt do any cardio

Have you looked at CW’s Waterbury Summer Project? It is TBT with cardio in it. Works really well too although you best be ready for an ass kicking. At least in the middle of the program.

Howdy,

If you have plateaued you need to probably look for at your diet. Have you changed your calorie intake after losing the weight?

There are endless ways to get there, the beauty of TBT is the amount of energy expenditure, thus the lost weight.

You all are probably right! The real reason is that I am tired of trying to loose weight (although I need too) and I am looking foward to bulking again. I will probably stick to TBT 3 times a week and add cardio after each w/o and on off days in attempt to loose more. Does this sound good?

Have you looked at your dietary intake?

Are you still making body composition changes but not weight changes?

Did the weight just loosen up and fall right off of you? I’m confused.

Ok, all grammar-busting aside, why not do what most people are suggesting and tweak up your diet. What kind of diet were you on during the program? How long have you been following it?

If you have been eating the exact same way and same caloric intake for a few months, it should not be surprising if you have stalled since your metabolism would have slowed down to adjust. Maybe you can switch up your program as well.
