Tips on Buying a Belt.

Same with me. I used to crank the belt down b/c that’s “what people do.” I keep it tight enough that I have support, but not enough to crack a rib or give me insane bruising.

If you want a good belt, either get a single prong or a lever belt.

Don’t touch a double prong.

Hanley is right. 10mm is enough. DO NOT get a 13mm.

That sucks, now I can’t wear my 13mm until I add close to another 500lbs to my Squat?

I love my 13mm Inzer lever for squatting in. It’s damn perfect. I use a 10mm prong belt for pulling because I like the belt looser and the 13mm is too stiff to get into good position for pulling from.
