yah. 4 working sets, 8-12 reps. I bring the bar down to my chin on each rep, pause, then press back up with no leg drive.


ok here I go. . . for me what always worked is wide grip standing overhead press… how wide you ask? thumb grip length from the smooth part of the bar this really stretches out my deltoids and upper trap fibers (also leading to a wider apperance) orrrrr just a inch from shoulder width ohp will kill the delts and triceps really all you need… well for me I have dominant shoulders… specially “side” delts

well I also have a wide clavicle if that has something to do with it…most likely.

I have had good luck with the following delt workout:

Seated Db presses

single arm lateral raises

cable reverse flyes

3-4 sets per exercise

8-10 repetitions

train your shoulders once a week
