You aren’t joking. The puppet inspired me to get some tie downs and small pipes from Home Depot and make my own set up ($20 fwiw). I tried push ups and they are really hard. Even hanging leg raises are much tougher. I couldn’t do more than a couple of dips. It’s a bit of a fun new toy.

315x2 front squat ftw. within a month of today, I’ve no doubt.

but I think dips are like pushups

It looks like you’re loving your TRX. I’m loving my Home Depot version. I think a lot of it appeals to the former, much younger gymnast in me.

Can you do HLR feet to face on the TRX? How do you get feet to face? Your legs must be short. My feet hit the bar. Post video please :slight_smile:

kmc, there is some serious front squat goodness going on in here. I’ll admit, I’m tempted by the TRX, but I’ll fire up the video to see if I’m handy enough to make my own.

had a time crunch and a bit of feeling craptacular

during the cleans in the BB complex I felt like shit
box squats- felt surprisingly good felt allot of pressure on my right elbow
but the neck is feeling good - knee felt really good too

need to work on upper back tightness and keeping elbows down-

wanted to do more stuffs no time
