Imho the 315 is exactly at powerlifting depth, I didn’t know you were a powerlifter? :wink: It probably felt high to you because your other FS videos I’ve seen, you go a little lower. Badass regardless, I don’t think I can even do a static FS hold with 315, you obviously have some serious core strength.

bench really I did it to get the bar.

Zerchers are the devil. Where do you feel them the most? I’m assuming that you’re not doing them for leg strength or is that a poor assumption?

If you’re looking to get taller and use the stuff Matty’s “selling”, you might want to avoid squatting all together. I heard it makes you short. At least that’s what I tell people.

That’s what happened to me, I used to 6’5" until I started squatting. stay away from that stuffs

dont do zerchers brah youll get a torn bicept

James- zerchers crush the glutes and hams and low back
this set up is a little higher at this gym - so I felt them more mid back and low back
I think they are great- and a great way to get the dead moving higher -
