Now, you may remember that we talked about going wide-stance a few months ago. At that time, you said going wide resulted in even worse knee-cave than your regular stance.
This looks like progress. Wider stance & less cave. Keep on chooglin.
Kimba, definitely looking better, but still some knee cave as CBear bravely mentioned. Have you done bw squats to a box with bands doubled just below your knees? Just think about getting off that box with knees out the whole way and yes, spreading the floor with the feet.

Joe, yes I know you love those dips. Unlike your situation, my dip prowess does not translate well to any other upper body lift.
Nikki, it sure doesn’t seem like I’m a PR machine but I’m not gonna argue with you. 
giterdone, I don’t know yet whether wider is the answer to knee cave. I tried the wide already tired and with weight that wouldn’t result in knee cave using my normal stance. But there is nothing to be lost with trying extra-wide again with more focus on it.
lil power, I’ve never done BW squats to a box with bands. Frankly, I could try that right here since I have a band and a soft footstool which is about the right height…Well, that hurt my glutes/hammies much more than I had anticipated. My stance has never been wide enough to really engage the band tension, but pressing out against the band tension is quite a challenge. Thanks for the hot tip!
