I always felt the volume of BBB
is where the hypertrophy and strength gains come from.

veggie, my issue with BSS is BALANCE! I fall over regularly which interferes with the effectiveness of the exercise. Just having the security of the bag next to me helps me keep upright.

Nikki, I think I need to actually tilt my head back more as opposed to just having my eyes look up. Balance might be harder, but that was my diagnosis.

Nadia, a 1.5 hr bike ride each way with a stop for food isn’t that long for us. A century is a long ride according to my definition.

kmc, I agree with you. The BBB has really helped my upper body lifts. Squats and deads, I am still struggling with form issues and am not doing the volume there yet.
