Not using a set program, except for upper / lower / cardio training. I haven’t set any goals, I feel as if I get fit and in shape, pushing myself and taking the opportunities that are presented along the way and make the most of them. I have a few in mind though. Double bodyweight front squat is one.
and if you and Chi are willing to pay for my flight I’m willing to lend my photography skillz free of charge, hauling all my shit will get expensive though.

I worked a lot on my snatching, a great conditioner. My forearms are still fried though. Today was a grip issue more than anything, even though i think my arse fell out half way through a complex.
