I sort of use some of his logic and or principles. At the moment I am just training how I feel like on the day
Not using a set program, except for upper / lower / cardio training. I haven’t set any goals, I feel as if I get fit and in shape, pushing myself and taking the opportunities that are presented along the way and make the most of them. I have a few in mind though. Double bodyweight front squat is one.

Warm up

40 minute run

1/2 an hour of stairs, with a pack on.

Why don’t you just jog before a workout? I don’t know how you have the energy to do a complex, then lift weights. ;D

Well, i can always put a new one up on the next page, if I get some progress.
I run on my “days off”, i also am trying to build up my muscular endurance, i think complexes are a good way to get the work in and not be mentally lapse about it.

Barbecued potatoes tossed in homemade hummus and fresh basil. Chicken marinated in buttermilk overnight, with a spice rub and homemade chipotle molasses rum bbq sauce.

I just checked the highest one cause I’m lazy and competitive -oxymoron, I know.

40kgs = 88lbs. x 3 reps per arm x 3 sets is serious stuff. I need to up my snatch game :slight_smile:

Good eats and heavy snatches. I might be able to C&J that much, although snatching is impressive!

I worked a lot on my snatching, a great conditioner. My forearms are still fried though. Today was a grip issue more than anything, even though i think my arse fell out half way through a complex.

I don’t know what got into me yesterday. Complex crazy. I had a restricted amount of equipment so I had to use it efficiently and i was looking to try and increase my metabolism anyway…so.
